Manage Your Sales Pipeline with AI

Use CRM MCP to run daily pipeline reviews, identify at-risk deals, and draft follow-ups automatically.

This guide shows you how to use Claude or ChatGPT with MCP360's CRM MCP to run an effective daily sales pipeline review in under 10 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • CRM MCP subscription with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive connected
  • Claude Desktop or ChatGPT configured with the CRM MCP endpoint
  • Daily Pipeline Review (10 minutes)

    Run these four prompts every morning:

    1. Pipeline Overview

    Give me a pipeline overview. How many deals are in each stage,
    what's the total value, and what is the weighted forecast for this month?

    2. Stalled Deal Alert

    Which deals have had no activity in the last 10+ days?
    Show me the deal name, stage, value, owner, and days inactive.

    3. High-Priority Follow-Ups

    Which deals are in Proposal or Negotiation stage and close date
    is within 14 days? These need immediate attention.

    4. Bulk Follow-Up Drafting

    For each stalled deal you identified, draft a personalized re-engagement
    email. Use the deal context (stage, value, last interaction) to make it relevant.

    Lead Scoring Automation

    Use AI lead scoring to prioritize your outreach:

    Score all new leads from this week. Rank them by conversion likelihood
    based on: company size, engagement signals, deal value, and industry fit.
    Show me the top 10 to contact first.

    Weekly Forecast

    Every Friday, run:

    Generate my weekly sales forecast. Based on current pipeline and historical
    win rates, what revenue should I expect to close this month and next month?
    What are the key risks to the forecast?
