Optimize Budget Allocation Across Platforms

Use AI to analyze performance data and redistribute budget for maximum ROAS.

Overview

This guide shows you how to use MCP360 and your AI client to run a data-driven budget reallocation across all connected ad platforms.

Step 1: Get Current Performance Data

Ask Claude:

Show me my budget allocation and ROAS across all connected platforms
for the last 30 days. For each platform, show: daily budget,
actual spend, ROAS, CPA, and whether the campaign is hitting its
budget cap.

Step 2: Get the Recommendation

Based on the last 30 days of cross-platform performance data,
recommend how I should reallocate my $[TOTAL BUDGET]/month budget
to maximize ROAS. Assume I want to keep a presence on all platforms
but shift budget toward top performers. Show current vs recommended
allocation and projected ROAS impact.

Step 3: Implement Gradually

Use a 20% rule: never move more than 20% of a campaign's budget in one change. Claude can help:

Implement the budget reallocation we discussed. For each change,
increase by maximum 20% per step. Show me what changes you're
making before executing.
**Note:** Budget changes above $5,000 require approval by default.
This can be configured in [Settings → Budget Safety](/dashboard/settings).

Step 4: Monitor for 7 Days

After changing budgets, monitor for one week before making further changes. Set up an alert:

Alert me next Monday if any platform's ROAS has dropped more than
15% after the budget changes we made today.
