We ship services in phases. Check the Services page or homepage for the current live vs coming-soon count. Live services require you to connect your own platform accounts before tools return real data.

Do I need to connect my accounts for live MCPs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Live MCP tools use your connected OAuth accounts (via Unified.to or direct integrations like Ayrshare, Jotform, or Canva). Until you connect, tools return a not_connected response with connect instructions.

API keys: Dashboard → API Keys. MCP endpoint URLs are shown on Dashboard → Accounts and in each service setup guide. Format is typically https://{service}.mcp.mcp360.net/

Why do I get 401 when connecting an integration?

OAuth connect URLs (/api/integrations/connect/...) require you to be logged in to MCP360. Open the link from the dashboard while signed in, not in a private/incognito window without a session.

Unified.to is our integration layer for OAuth connections to platforms like QuickBooks, HubSpot, Stripe, Salesforce, and 70+ others. MCP360 stores connection IDs securely and routes tool calls to your linked accounts.

Can I use multiple MCP services at once?

Yes. Subscribe to multiple services (or bundles) and add multiple MCP server entries in your AI client — one endpoint per service. Cross-service workflows (e.g. ads + analytics) require both subscriptions active.

How are credentials stored?

Platform OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest with per-organization derived keys. MCP360 does not store raw passwords for third-party tools. Unified connection IDs are stored in your org-scoped account records.

Do write operations require approval?

Budget changes, refunds, and other sensitive writes can require manager approval based on your org settings. Configure thresholds in Dashboard → Settings → Safety.
